SUN halo
The Sun's photosphere in white light, a group of sunspots across the middle of the disc, ringed by a halo. A white light frame carries no colour of its own, and this one is rendered in an artificial palette, cool white and pink rather than the usual gold. Photographed with an Altair Astro 6 inch Ritchey Chretien at 1350mm on a Nikon D750.
