The Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex in Ophiuchus, a complex of interstellar clouds about 140 parsecs away, covering roughly 4.5 by 6.5 degrees of sky. Dark nebulae run through it, lit at their edges by reflection nebulae and by regions of emission. Photographed with Canon 6D astro-modded.
